I have 7 yr exp. and i have offer from Shell with 19 lpa & Mphasis with 16 lpa for BI reporting lead position. my friends from previous organization told me that Mphasis have lots of onsite opportunities but during interview my manager told me that it's totally depands upon project and very less chances in BI role. So what should i do in that case, should i go for shell or Mphasis ? I don't have any issue with less CTC in case i will get onsite in future.

I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I always thank the ones who bother to get back to me
I’ve read many explanations but none that don’t sound like excuses. Until they pay a price for this kind of behavior (e.g. class action suits), they’re going to keep it up
Tell me about it. Its certainly a buyers market.
Well the only thing that I can say to you is that a lot of companies are in fact ghosting potential employees, why are they doing this?!, your guess is as good as mine. But one thing is for certain, you are most definitely not alone when it comes to seeking employment and doing a face-to-face interview only to have that employer ghost you which I think is pretty rude not to mention very disrespectful for an employer to do such a thing like that for you being that a lot of employers are desperately seeking employees to work for them but they're taking the foolish initiative of just ghosting potential employees just for the sake of it. And that's the reason why a lot of companies are going out of business because they don't realize that without employees working for your company they won't be a company for anybody to work for. And a lot of employers especially these bosses don't seem to want to understand, they're doing more harm to themselves as opposed to doing more harm to potential employees that are really and truly looking for work. And this was never like that several years ago, back then, you walk into any place of employment and you ask if they are hiring and they'll give you an application to fill out and you submit a resume to them and they give you a face-to-face interview and if you're lucky, they'll hire how are you right off the spot, but unfortunately you do have some employers that take their sweet time in hiring potential employees and it gets to a point where there's no guarantee that an employer will call you despite you having the qualifications for that particular position that you're applying for. And unfortunately it seems like it's coming down to that where employers are just being really recalcitrantly foolish and not hiring people and at the end the business is going to suffer traumatically. 💯💯💯💯
