Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I also take notes by hand, but I do not use an iPad or tablet. For me, part of the benefit of taking notes by hand is the spatial memory of knowing where something is in relation to something else (I won’t remember exactly what I wrote, but I will remember it’s on the bottom left-hand side of a page or something like that). When you use a tablet, you don’t get that benefit. So if your memory works similar to mine, a tablet may decrease the benefits you get from handwritten notes. Just something to think about before you invest in a product!
iPad, but there are great apps now that record it for you and play back your notes while you’re listening, synched to the soundtrack, so you get the best of both worlds. The Pencil was a game-changer, though, TBH.
And no, if you’re touch-typing, you DON’T process what you’re hearing. You’re only fast if you can turn your brain off and let your unconscious mind take over.
