I thought the mayo in coffee campaign was weird enough but here we go with weirder. I might be late to the party but how do you all feel about this “parfum de mayonnaise” campaign? :D Overkill or just the right amount of fun for the audience to keep asking for more? I always think ideas that border on being weird will push an audience away but the success of this was a testament against my opinion. What do you think is the trick to making partnerships that are seemingly weird a great match?

Pro se plaintiff, an attorney, filed a complaint alleging mold defects after closing on a property. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?
