Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? I have been trying to connect to the HR from last 60 days and today I got to know that the HR has resigned from organisation. 🤦🏻
