Hi All,
Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

Accenture Hello, I need some assistance from anyone here working in Accenture. I had worked in 2019. However I had to leave the firm due to medical issues before my probationary period. There was Full and final settlement to be done to the firm to receive my Relieving letter. Due to certain medical reasons I had not done the final settlement during my exit period. Whether it's possible to make the settlement now & receive relieving letter. This is very much needed for me, please can anyone help

First of all Trump is not yet a president. Just because he has elected does not mean that he should have immediate impact on what Meta/Facebook does/Did. It could be as simple as they try to save money by hiring offshore or maybe AI got kicked in and start replace people, Who knows what are the reason behind those lay offs. One think I know for sure it's because of the saving money that's all. Free market is free market.

Corporate ruthlessness. Each made 50+ and 80+ billion dollars in net profits for 2024. They are going to pay more in severance + rehiring process + higher salaries and guarantees to the newer employees for those 5% they will let go based on “performance “
One of reasons I preach for employees to be only loyal to themselves and their own. Get the most out of these companies you work for, not 1 cent of discount should be given.

I've noticed that the SWE job market is roughly similar to the levels back when I first started out. The market is challenging, and the SWE roles aren't as plentiful as during the early 20's, but it's a market correction that seems to be in line with macro trends.
Jobs are going away. The economy is getting much better but you should move away from ”just being an employee” as quickly as possible.
Why post political nonsense here. Focus should be companies , benefits, trends. People who turn everything into an opportunity to rant your political points suck and ruin platforms.
Clearly you imply a more mature, or thoughtful stance. But the original comment was not specific, did not relate to tangibles or demonstrate any particular concern.
