When an introvert opens a shop

Hi Fishes,
I have applied for BNP Paribas, Command center lead role from LinkedIn. Though it is only 3 days,I didnt receive any updates till now. My only concern is in one post it says no more applications accepted and other post it says actively hiring.

There's nothing wrong with being settled if you're happy with how things are going. But if you're worried that there's no room for advancement or to make more money, then it's time to get serious about making a move. If you want to pivot into another industry, plan how you'd like to do it and follow your plan. The good thing about pivoting is you can do it in any number of directions.
When I realized I could suffer the same in IB for at least double the amount I made in Accounting or go into tech and work even less hours for more comp AND stock options.
I felt like I was never good enough even though my supervisors were supportive. I was constantly bored and unfocused on the job. That's how I knew my first job out if college (governmental compliance) was not for me, within the first year. I kept doing my best but looking at other jobs and was practically buzzing at the opportunity to do the things listed in the job description. It was also intimidating, but those jobs just sounded so much more like something I would like and be good at. So I switched. And I was right.
I waited until I had about 18 months of experience, then moved into a role that aligned more with my interests. The key for me was building a strong foundation and then being honest with myself about what I wanted next.
