Comforting others:
When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? I am 31 and trying to conceive since 2 months. My mom had early menopause when she was 39 or 40. I am bit worried and my family doctor said she can transfer me to fertility specialist as I have such Family history.

I want to try conceiving naturally for 6 months before I meet a fertility specialist. Should I be really worried about my mom’s condition? Should I meet fertility specialist right away?

Does anyone else suffer with paralysis? Mine is so bad I don’t even know what to do anymore. In example, something as simple as responding to a text with a heart and a “happy thanksgiving to you too” was all I needed to do and I didn’t. Now it’s Sunday and I feel awful responding so late.
