I used to work with a manager was on the exception WFH as she was about to go on ML. She never missed a moment to abuse her privilege. She logged in by 4 o’clock wasting my entire morning.Would keep me online till 10pm-12am on the daily, and back to back days off without any comp offs. And she did not have the decency to consider that while she was on WFH others were working from office forcing a female employee to stay in office past 9pm without any safety of office cabs.

Any consultant moved from London office to any india office for personal/family reasons? Do you regret the change ? (Assuming better front office and higher pay work in London office)

So a higher up made a new rule that for a service we offer , we have to offer it to the customers three times and If they say no a manager has to get involved and document. it is this not wrong?
