I want to re negotiate the salary with JPMorgan Chase Bangalore as I have counter offer of UBS...Will JPMC consider the re- negotiation. If yes please suggest how to approach and when to approach JPMC. Joining date at JPMC is in August Mid.

I am at Deloitte at 160 have three offers to consider
1. Citi around 185 to 190 no signing bonus 2. SMBC around 170 to 175 with 15K to 20K guaranteed bonus to be paid in middle of the year 3. KPMG around 190 to 195 with 10K signing. Which one to take that would give me better exit opportunities? Thank you for all your help

I honestly don’t hate my job, but I hate being fat and not having a predictable schedule. I think this weekend i’ve had some time to reflect and every increase in salary is totally not worth it.

Do you think people that use LinkedIn earn a higher salary? I noticed that most of my friends that don't use it seem to have lower-paying jobs, while others in similar fields that use LinkedIn seem to be doing better financially. Just curious if there's ever been a correlative study on this or if anyone else has noticed this.

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

My yearly income (post standard deduction+ 1.5 lacs 80c investment) is 650,000. (April 21- march 22).

I will also receive 2,00,000 joining bonus this month end.

Total income: 6.5 lacs + 2 lacs

Question:
1. Will 10% taxes(as per old regime slab) be deducted on 6.5 lacs and flat 30% be deducted on joining bonus?
Or
Only 10% Tax will be deducted on 8.5 lacs(6.5 + 2 lacs jb)?

2. Need suggestion to save tax on the above numbers.

I got an offer from Citi Bank / Wells Fargo which is a backend role only.
Now I got offer from JPMC but the tech stack is different, Its for Infrastructure team and technology does not have JAVA.
Its for React/ Node JS/ Python.
Also my biggest concern is it worth switching to JPMC for an infrastructure team and for a diff tech. YOE 9.
