I have 6.8 YOE with C.CTC as 16 LPA(21% VP).

Still 3 months of NP is pending (Received offer today)

How to get from 18 LPA to 50LPA, presently have architecture exposure along with DevOps and Operations for microservices with automation

Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too.
