I want to send gifts to my team in Sydney, Singapore, Austria and Germany. This will be out of my own pocket. Any recommendations on what I can send them? Thanks

We have a globally distributed team and e—gift cards are the best since you can send them electronically and there is no need to request personal info like home address since our team are 100% remote. We don’t have to deal with customs or shipping fees euther, and the recipient can chose something they really want.

Maybe ship them something they can’t get in their countries to try? For example, my Australian friends were obsessed with graham crackers & making s’mores. The Chinese exchange student we hosted brought back multiple boxes of pancake mix. You get the idea.

I organized Snack Magic for our global teams in my organization (about 70 people). It was super easy and Snack Magic handles all the shipping, etc. The receiver will go to the website and select their treats (makes for a great family activity to select snacks). Snack Magic takes care of the reset. It was a low cost option where you can choose $40 and up for each box. I'm also doing this for our friends as Christmas gifts.

Hey guys ,
I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation, what should i do?

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.

I have been working as technical customer success manager from last 2 years and worked as Business analyst for 1 year. In total I am holding an experience of 3.2 years. I am good with SQL, Advanced Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Google Sheets, Power Point, Jira, Asana etc.
I am looking for a remote opportunity for the role of Data Analyst / Business Analyst. That would be great if you can help me find any such roles.
