Tbh, most of them whom I have interacted with have very limited technical knowledge to get a job outside the organisation. Most of them are just in SURVIVAL mode and want to retire peacefully rather than take undue stress of updating and finding jobs. Also, many including me love the culture here even though the pay is pathetic.
WLB, teamwork and collaboration, more empathic leaders, less toxicity and lesser politics than other service based companies in India.
Work from home, no work and few onsite
They have created a lot of of assets which generates income for them.
I remember my manager was saying that in 2010 around 10-15 managers went to US for java training and selenium training. so you can understand the way they exploited companies money and earned hell on the name of learning.
My manager and his manager has 4-5 flats in indore and noida so they earn well through rents.
