I was able to change the default hand index finger cursor on my portfolio site to the middle finger using some code I found. Is this a fun small detail or would people find it offensive or stupid. I think it’s funny. Another safe option I have is the “rock on” hand gesture. Thoughts

Is it a fair amount for 8.5 YOE? Should he negotiate further. As this is his first offer , should he keep trying for better salary?
