I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. 4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.

I am in a bit of a good/bad spot. I have worked at Salesforce for close to a year as a consultant. They want to bring back travel to 50%+ post Covid and I am not feeling that motivated to be away from my family that often.
