I was assigned to a project in IBM , but I requested to be released from it due to health issues. Additionally, I mentioned that I don't have exposure to Spring Boot and microservices, which made it difficult for me to meet the deadline. Consequently, I was released from the project. Since I am currently in my probation period, I am concerned about the potential issues I might face. Could this lead to termination, or how long might I remain on the bench?
