Been in healthcare consulting for a little under 3 years now out of college and the consulting life is just not for me. Looking for something with more WLB and ultimately would like to be on the other side of things, working for a large healthcare system. I’m lost in terms of where to start. What positions have people transitioned to from consulting?

I hate to quit my job as a software developer without another job lined up but I have my reasons behind it.
