I was called by Careernet for a drive on 31st Aug which went well and the consultancy confirmed I'm selected but yet to receive any call/confirmation/offer from Lloyds.Any idea how long it generally takes to get the offer?

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Interview is in 2 hrs and I just don’t feel like doing it esp thinking if this is the work culture

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
