I was given the workload of three employees, the week of Christmas. I am unable to keep up with the workload and I’m being told “you will be written up if you can’t catch up”. The divisional manager told me to use my PTO to catch with the workload. I feel I’m being targeted and it’s causing extreme stress. Any advice?

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
Anyone experienced this ? Any problem joining while check is processing ?

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.
