I was hired 2 yrs ago (mostly data entry.) After a merger and HRIS change my role has changed significantly. The company paid for my aPHR which I thought indicated that they saw potential. I began the conversation about a raise 7 months ago. Several times the CHRO indicated they were ‘still looking into it’. Finally the CHRO said that the title change and raise were in a business proposal that would be submitted to the CEO and CFO. The CHRO just got fired and now I have no idea what to do.

My current CTC is very low, 4.77lpa. Got 10% for September cycle.
1) when is the annual appraisal cycle, when we will get the hike letter? Approx hike %
2) will we get additional hike for sub-level change from 12.2 -> 12.1?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

So i have adhd and really bad anxiety. Seeing a physchiatrist that will likely put me on anti anxiety meds.

Has anyone with adhd here gone on anti anxiety meds without treating the adhd, and if so how did the meds affect concentration and memory?
