I was interviewed for Application Developer - DevOps as an experienced on 7th June 2024. On 20th June i got a call from recruitment team saying I have cleared it and need to available for 2nd round on 24th June. Post which I didnt get any update, HR is not picking up my call and IVR helpdesk team is saying there are no panelists available and my confusion is its been 50Days, will they consider me or will they put on hold.. My application which i have been interviewed for is still active.

I’m new to the cybersecurity industry, professionally speaking (I did/do a lot for family and close friends). I’ve completed a boot camp, which I regret doing. I have certifications for companies such as Qualys and ISC2, but no CompTIA security+ yet. I tailor my resume to position descriptions. It’s been a month or so, without any offers. What would you suggest that I do to get my first entry level position?

Had interview rounds with client, director, partner however no round with HR but today got a mail for documents. Can i expect HR round now?

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time.
