I was laid off with no warning, preparation or any written warning yesterday. My wife had emergency eye surgery March 13th, and I requested to work from home because she is blind, and i have a special needs son, both needing assistance. Unfortunately, I was denied this request even though I have a doctor's note saying that I should be able to due to the circumstances. Also, there was an employee in the Pheonix office stealing leads from other employees, and was caught, but it was dealt with.
