Hey all, received a Perm audit in Oct 2020 for my case filed in May 2020. It seems like a random audit. Any thoughts of how long it will potentially take to resolve? To make matters more complicated, I’m on a F1 visa OPT expiring within 3 months

During these times, is it recommended to start working on H1B transfer receipt? Given that approval can take up to 7-8 months.

I have an approval notice for H1B but not filed yet. Can another employer use that? Or do they have to go through the lottery again?
