I was moved to a new project in Siemens Gamesa. But the new project isn't good and I'm not able to contribute anything. I was promised development activities which my previous project did have.
But they are just forcing me to do all testing activities.

It's too stressful here. I can't take it anymore.
Can I ask my manager for an early release as I'm not a valuable member for the project?

I am 25 years old with in hand salary of 1L(just from last month) and i want to buy a term insurance plan. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
