I am 25 years old with in hand salary of 1L(just from last month) and i want to buy a term insurance plan. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
2. Is it wise to include health riders in insurance plan to claim for 80d or just chose health insu
3. How much one can ideally shell out for insurance per month (both term and health) for self in terms of percentage of monthly income.

Living in NJ and may be able to choose NYC as my home office. People who live in NJ can choose NJ / NYC office, which one did you choose?

NJ office: no NYC tax, don't have to file 2 state return. Live in NJ so auto assigned to NJ office currently.

NYC office: NYC tax on paycheck, easier commute, possibly higher pay?

Need advice. Have some credit card debt that I’ve been working to pay off. Have made progress but want to lower it quickly. We have dual income, with a house (~$300k in equity), 1 kid and 1 on the way. I’ve looked into debt consolidation via HELOC but also have ~$80k in vested equity in my company that I haven’t touched. Get equity refreshes every year. Would it be smarter to cash out $15k-$20k of that to pay debt vs. a HELOC at ~5% given that will still require mthly payments

Trying to have faith but my recent cycle netted 16 eggs, 8 fertilized and only 2 made it to day 5 for testing. There were 3 others that just didn’t mature. This is my third cycle and I’ve been pretty positive up until today. It’s especially hard to get this news in the middle of a work day. Hi All. What is the best way to allocate 25 Lakh INR in savings into different investments to maximize returns. I recently moved out of India so Tax rebate is not a consideration for me. I already have 6 lakh plus invested in PF and MFs but I want to invest more as my money is getting depreciated in the savings bank account.
