September if you were still technically employed during that period
Wow…does it matter?
So one anonymous comment pointing out your ridiculousness to post a question this daft makes you not want to work for an international company, oh gosh our loss 😂🤣😂🤣🥱, how will a company that’s been around for 100s of years with nearly 90,000 employees survive without a brand “strategist” who can’t strategise a date on their CV 😂 it would be surprising but honestly I doubt you would pass the interview stages as from your questions and responses it’s clear you’re not very 💡 and you certainly don’t have the capacity to critically think about your decisions.
Most employers consider maternity leave as still employed. I went on maternity leave and did not return after, and my “termination date” was after my leave ended. This makes sense if you just think about health insurance: you still qualify for your same health insurance when you are on maternity leave. So you are still considered employed. (This is what I put on my resume and did not get dinged for it, but you can certainly ask HR if you want to be sure.)
