The Speed of Trust by Stephen M. R. Covey. Great book!
Culture Code and Radical Candor. Start with humility, admit mistakes, seek to understand, and try to help. Employees don’t care about your change if you don’t care about them.
Thanks VPM1. Things are OK. MY VP and I have worked hard to create new processes and increase collaboration across different teams which is a huge improvement. I really like the people I work with and that goes a long way.
