Hi everyone, I'm comparing two offers from Accenture and Cognizant. Could you help me figure out some of these questions: 1. At 5 YOE, what kind of package can I expect? Current offers: Accenture (12LPA fixed, 2.5L variable), Cognizant (14.3LPA fixed, 45K variable) 2.
