Our company is going through a major transformation and there is quite a bit of resistance due to uncertainty and lots of broken promises. Are there any books you would recommend on how to change corporate culture and help employees adapt to change?

Thanks VPM1. Things are OK. MY VP and I have worked hard to create new processes and increase collaboration across different teams which is a huge improvement. It's a big ship we're trying to steer but there is progress being made nonetheless. We also hired a consulting company to help us identify other areas where we need to make improvements. I'm learning this is truly all about change management so I'm learning more about that. This has been a huge learning experience and I have no regrets joining the company. I really like the people I work with and that goes a long way.

I was going to also recommend culture code! And Amazon 1 exactly right. The leaders have already proven they don’t care because they broken promises made. So whatever the reasoning is, they don’t believe it. At this point any transformation will feel surface level.

Hey everyone! I’m interviewing for an HR Generalist role at a Fintech company, this will be their first HR hire and will be reporting to the CFO. I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. I spent two years as an executive, and while I was providing what I believe was impactful work, and receiving praises across the board, I got fired from one day to the other without any explanation.

After a few weeks, some managers (who were under me) shared that there had been a while campaign raised against me for a couple of months by others VPs and shareholders. 1/2
