Hello Fishers, need your help to finalize my decision.
I have 5 YOE and I have done a full-time MBA. I am currently working with one of the product organizations as a business analyst. TIAA offering 17 LPA Fixed (Including PF) against 1 counter offer I had of 15.6 LPA Fixed.
My CCTC is 9.35 LPA so should I ask for more here? Also, how are work culture and policies considering I will be part of the BA profile?

I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

The Speed of Trust by Stephen M. R. Covey. Great book!
Culture Code and Radical Candor. Start with humility, admit mistakes, seek to understand, and try to help. Employees don’t care about your change if you don’t care about them.
Thanks VPM1. Things are OK. MY VP and I have worked hard to create new processes and increase collaboration across different teams which is a huge improvement. It's a big ship we're trying to steer but there is progress being made nonetheless. We also hired a consulting company to help us identify other areas where we need to make improvements. I'm learning this is truly all about change management so I'm learning more about that. This has been a huge learning experience and I have no regrets joining the company. I really like the people I work with and that goes a long way.
5 Dysfunctions of a Team by Lencioni is a good place to start when dealing with broken trust. A little cheesy but has very good ideas.
We’re going through a merger and using this:

I was going to also recommend culture code! And Amazon 1 exactly right. The leaders have already proven they don’t care because they broken promises made. So whatever the reasoning is, they don’t believe it. At this point any transformation will feel surface level.

Sorry! I just realized this was 14 weeks ago!! Op- How’s it going?!
