What are exit opportunities from big 4 ITDD??
Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Because they couldn’t get in?
I did. Work life balance is crazily good at K (I start at 8:30 and it is very rare that I work past 7). I interviewed with BCG when I was a Manager and got in as a Consultant. I soon got promoted at K to a Director. So, BCG was 2 levels down. I sat down and thought about what I wanted to do in life, which is have my own business. I decided to start my own on the side and eventually transition to it full time. For this plan, I need more time. K suits my needs better, so turned down BCG. I don’t even think about it all that much. The way I look at it, I can always re-interview if I want in, at a later time.
A good reason would be if someone wanted to work there
Delirium
MBA tuition reimbursement and existing network
I've transferred around the world with Deloitte, the global reach is pretty awesome
Better work-life balance is the only one that comes to mind...
Lying to themselves
BCG pays for graduate degrees, not just MBAs
EY1 & OP, ummm no. Not here at least
No up or out policy
Damn, k1 is for reals
Chose D Human Capital over McKinsey because D has a stronger, more reputable, and established Consulting practice in that specific space
Because they prefer to avoid prestige and better exit opportunities
Seems like the answer is just existing network, work life balance, easier promotion policy, and global reach. Thanks all!
Stupidity could be one of the reasons
@K1, kudos to you :)
D4 - does MBB drug test?
I left a big 4 year two years ago. Lost two years in tenure doing so. Best career move I’ve ever made. Granted, I don’t know what I want to do in life, so I value the default career path at and better exit ops from BCG
Because big4 has more service offerings and MBB may not offer a service within your field
