I used to be in PDM Tech Select (commercial ) , now my cost center says EASS ? Was this done for everyone? Is there a bench period for EASS ?

Also my cost center code has changed ? Did this happen to everyone ?

What's the time code you use when on the bench ? Is it the GAA and cost center code ?

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this. It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. When do I get assigned to a project? What does that process look like ? How long does this orientation go on for ? And do I have to transfer all my stocks from robinhood to one of their approved brokerages?

What’s the average project delivery specialist compensation in GPS like?

I'm in the middle of a background check with Deloitte for a Project Delivery role. In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ? Also my title within cognizant might have been an associate but my resume mentions the designation for the client. Is this a reason for concern? Will they ask me to justify it ?

My project client location in Denver started in person mandatory days. Few of colleagues started to go there. I’m confused as I was hired as PDM and I live in east coast and project is in west coast. What are the requirements to promote from analyst to senior analyst? I’ve been with Deloitte for two years now and am wondering how I go about making myself promotable. I don’t have a CPA, CFE, etc. Is one of those required?

PDM specialist at 96k. I have an option to select PDM Specialist 2 or PDM Manager for my promotion with the PPMD. Which one is advisable to prefer Pay wise? I am thinking to take PDM 2 to increase my base pay for the manager.
