A top performer would get the top percentage. A normal performer would probably get 4-6%, so I'd estimate 4-6% is most likely.
It varies by level - more senior levels have higher AIP targets.
Prefer the product company if you have the offer only to deloitte pdm.
What level it depends on level and year end rating
D1 is right. The % in the offer letter is misleading. You'll likely never see the full amount. We've heard that only the top 18% of performers will see the highest AIP.
I just wanted to make sure it's not 0 ! The offer letter states it in a very misleading way to your point - You maybe eligible....
Is there a scenario where I'm not eligible? Lol .Was curious to know what's the typical/realistic percentage every year
AIP isn’t based on %, it’s a lump sum based on factors such as your performance, deloittes performance, your offerings performance, and level. But if you want a percentage, I got 13% last year and 14.4% the year before
Specialist but both AIPs were for senior analyst. Also got exceptional both years (well exceptional last year and whatever the equivalent was the year before, exceeding?). Also, in GPS S&A A&C because that is relevant.
I got 11% a little over $10,000 so I'm extremely happy
What level /designation ?
