I was recently made ACD, and not gonna lie it's sometimes tough to see my concepts farmed out to junior teams. Not that they don't do a good job, and I get why it happens (cheaper to have a CW do it than an ACD), but it feels tough to let go sometimes. Anyone else feel this way?

Is there an appropriate way to turn down an assignment because it is non-billable? Two of the partners I work for keep asking me to write client bulletins and articles with them, which is great, but now I’m starting to worry about meeting my billable hours requirement.

Just restarted stimulants and already I'm dealing with twitches again. Does anyone else get these? No type of pain or anything just every once and a while my body will twitch strongly.
