I’ve been a club performing rep for years at a SaaS company…but as an enterprise account exec… my average deal size is around $75k in annual recurring, quota of $1M. This is inline for my company but low when I speak with others for Enterprise rep openings. Any thoughts on recommendations for steps to bridge that gap?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?
