I went from a fast-paced agile role to banking, and it feels like I’ve hit the brakes hard. It’s way more chill, but that makes me anxious because I feel like I’m not actually doing anything. Meetings are just corporate buzzwords with no real action, and I’m so far removed from the end user that I barely know what they want. Anyone have tips on how to stay motivated in a slow-moving corporate environment?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
