Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I’ve heard PNC underpays across industry verticals, FWIW.
Celebrate the win of breaking into product and just be mindful of the trade offs that sometimes come with exploring something new, good luck!
Not the same, but I interned in Product. It was a great experience and great team. However, my FT offer was around 15% less than starting salary elsewhere (adjusted for cost of living). I think it’s good opportunity to break into Product. But salary can be disappointing. What LoB are you joining?
They didn’t say but I think I’m joining internal tools
I think if you're breaking into an industry/role, it's ok to take a 20% downgrade, just try to jump up much higher in the next place.
It might be nice to negotiate it closer to 15% less, but don't get discouraged that it's less, if this is something you know you should do.
