Also i will be converted to associate in august. What is the hike % from associate to associate-2 in 1 year? My current fixed salary is 6lpa. Please let me know

Today I learned a new thing. One candidate was referred by a colleague of mine in the system. He got selected and offer letter rolled out.

When he checked the system he realized the referral was not taken and the background system captured it as direct hire.

So my friend is not going to get any referral incentive.
