I work in valuations dept. My working hours is 8hrs. But my manager gives me work around 5pm (by that time i complete 6-7 hours) and asks me to deliver it by tonight. This has happened 2nd time. I told him that i will do it today but it would be great if you give me work during the office hours. To this she said we also work for 12-13 hours and this is how people work in valuations. I can’t stretch beyond the office hours due to other commitments. What should i do? Please guide me.
