If it's something like a mispronunciation by someone I'll not be talking to again I probably wouldn't waste time on it. If it's someone I'm supposed to have an ongoing business relationship with, it's best to correct it. There are graceful ways to do it, just give them the correct pronunciation and move on.

Is there any way to casually bring it up to the account team? I suspect they would make sure the support team treats you with more respect.
I get mine slightly mispronounced sometimes. Occasionally, I’ll say, 'Oh, it’s actually this.' Other times, I just ignore it and move on. I think it’s entirely up to you, but you’re perfectly within your rights to politely correct it if you want.
Exactly it. I know a lot of people tend to just go through the motions when talking to others, but that’s how silly mistakes happen, and it does come off a bit unprofessional when it’s happening constantly.

That would drive me nuts too, especially when your name is right there in the email or you’ve just said it aloud. I think it depends on how often you’ll be working with them—if it’s recurring, a quick, polite correction can save you frustration in the long run.
It’s not all the time, but definitely more than once. I struggle bc it really doesn’t *matter* that much. It just comes across so lazy and unprofessional that this happens consistently across their company.
