I have been designing professionally now for just over 15 years now. I work very quickly and very well with other team members. I also take on freelance work. I’m married with 2 kids so the more work the better.

Hi There, I’m a Senior freelance Digital PM/Producer based out of Toronto, Canada. I figure with remote work being the norm now, there would be more opportunity to collaborate with US agencies. Hi all, I’m interested in knowing if you have noticed any management tools and methods that are effective for your team since the pandemic, especially if your company had the WFH setup. Your perspective could either be the team leader or a teammate.

Has your company stated anything about training in-person employees to better work with and include remote team members as your company goes back to having some employees in office? Mine says they will but I’ll still a little worried.

I have applied for several remote jobs for Elevance health in several different roles. Does anyone have experience as a nurse reviewer and know the salary range and if you work there do you enjoy it? Are the work hours flexible?

Any advice for monitoring employees while working from home? Our phone system works from an app in our cells and we have remote access to our files and computers. So should be business as usual but doesn’t seem so. Either they aren’t working or they aren’t being productive. Either way, looking for some ideas to keep the staff productive and accountable.

I think all the people who say they have a hard time working at home either have no discipline or live in a hole in the wall. I love wfh in my mansion with sprawling space and triple screen monitors.
