I worked with my direct supervisor to plan my move to a stay at home mom after working for the company nearly 10 years. With her direction, we set up when my last day would be to ensure I would receive a bonus I was expecting. After my final day, the bonus did not come. Higher ups told me that my supervisor was not up to date on info and that I would have needed to work 2 more days in order to have received the bonus. Keep in mind, the bonus was $8,715.25! The company is refusing to pay! HELP!

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Junior Associates - How much student loan debt are you and your peers in these days? A few young partners and counsel at my firm were discussing the student loan moratorium and most of us were convinced we could have paid the majority of our loans off with the bonuses associates got these last two years.
