It shouldn't be a problem. Succulents need to develop a callus before they can be rooted, or else they'll just rot. So if you take the cutting and wrap it up loosely in some newspaper, the callus could be forming while it's in its box on the way to Boston. The post office has boxes that would be ideal for holding a few cuttings, and you could even pack a box full and send it flat rate.
It worked got there in 3 days safe and sound thank you!!!
