IBM I attended an interview where I gave the technical and then PDM round. They discussed the salary and location. I was given the BGV forms to be filled. After that the HRs are not attending the calls. There is no updates. How long does it take to get the offer? Will i even get the offer from IBM?

Does anyone know anything about or have an opinion of HS Ad? They are LG's in house agency. Any thoughts would be helpful, brownie points if you can tell me about their analytics.
