Idea share: annually, I find myself doing a “self audit” of my life as a whole. My personality, my habits, my style, etc. I find it a great easy way to check in with myself and find little goals to improve. Does anyone else do this or something similar?

How do you approach the initial conversation with your doctor? I have taken a variety of both anti anxiety and anti depressants. Nothing works. Does ios11 drain your battery like crazy?

It takes me time to warm up & connect to new people, esp. in casual settings. Anyone any strategies how to deal with that? I see I am missing out on good and deeper connections.

I do miss seeing my colleagues sometimes but being able to actually use random breaks in the day that you get in transactional, especially as a junior, productively (work out, cook a meal, fold laundry) has made this job so much easier and sustainable for me. It’s still exhausting and so unpredictable and the December crush is killing me but I don’t know how anyone did this for more than a year or two pre-Covid when people spent all day and evening in the office.
