If I audit my own job search using Lean Six Sigma principles, my biggest source of waste is "Overprocessing." I am refining outputs that no one has even asked for yet, rather than testing a Minimum Viable Product in the real market. You can't gather data on a process that hasn't started. Where are you currently overprocessing your own work instead of shipping it?

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
