Time to start naming and shaming - most of their searches are just unsolicited submissions of your resume to claim exclusivity of your candidacy. 6 weeks of no news and stalling from KRS after they submitted me for a role I’m perfect fit for - gave up and just applied directly, got an interview within 24hrs.

I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?
