With a choice like that, I'd probably go with the devil I know. Having to deal with adjusting to a different job on top of my "real" job would probably be difficult. Plus, side gigs are risky, they can be seen as a conflict of interest and so on. Just grinding out more where you are might be the better course, even if you find it distasteful.

If I could get overtime at my job, that is what I would do. I am good at it and I know what I am doing. It seems like most of these side hustles don't pay well anyhow.

No brainer. Commit 20 more hours to the job you already have where you know you will make money. The other options are just gambling, better to just go to the casino.
Casino seems interesting though…
