If you're looking for a job at Chase bank, do not apply for Associate Banker. As an associate banker you will be doing every job in the branch, for the least pay. You will be a teller. You will be a banker, without any of the incentives or bonus. You will be confirming the incentive making bankers appointments. You will be doing the majority of operational checks daily. If a banker deems themselves too busy for their appointment, you will have to take it and open accounts.

I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience.
