If ZSers work 12-14 hrs everyday either to meet expectations or by pressure, how a freedom to think, explore and innovate as an organisation going to work in ZS compared to other equivalent firms in this evolving technology landscape.

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house. I am also looking to relocate to a different state. How do I go about properly marketing myself to companies that might not take my relocation and minimal experience seriously?

having some period like bleeding (less than moderate bleeding) at 11 weeks with no cramps. my doctor can’t see me until next week. have any of you experienced this with a normal pregnancy and proceeded to carry to term ? nipts was all normal.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.

I feel very stuck at work on days. There is no understanding of the problem statement and also sometimes the expectations set by the AC/C are very vague. It brings my motivation down.
