I'm 21 year old female, completed her 12th in Science as a Cs student but due to family problems I had a one year gap and recently last year I started doing my fine arts diploma which is on the edge of getting completed in 2-3 months with my certificate in hand. I'm a very dedicated and passionate person and also I'm working as a part time art teacher both online and offline mode. I love teaching & doing commission artworks.

I am concerned with fulfilling billable hours requirement. I’m required to hit 2100 hours yearly and I’m at ~1,500 hours and I think I’ll hit 150-180hours this month. What will happen if I don’t hit my targeted amount by the end of my year.
