I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Trying to decide between an offer at Deloitte and a counter-offer at Booz. Deloitte has the name recognition and better benefits but I have a really supportive team at Booz and good work-life balance. Any insight is appreciated!
