Happens to me. I think it’s anxiety and maybe also your bedding is contributing. Try to switch that up. Avoid alcohol for a couple weeks and see if that helps too.

Also I stopped coffee and that helped
Anxiety
I am 36 and I have been struggling for the last 2-3 years. I checked with a doctor and we attributed it to anxiety. I was under a lot of personal and professional stress which was making my anxiety go through the roof. I am in a much better place now and the night sweats are rare.
This could well be it!
I was going to say this is a very common part of peri-menopause but you seem young for that and I don’t know if you are a woman. If you are a woman, you might want to get your hormone levels checked to see what’s going on there.
For reference, I am in my late 40s and my friends and I are all going through this now. We talk about the night sweats in particular so that was the first thing that popped into my head.
Worth getting hormones tested anyway. I think night sweats can be a sign of low testosterone as well
Me! I’m always so warm and then I can’t sleep because I’m burning up

Def see a doctor but you can buy cooling sheets for your bed that might help a little
I had terrrrrrrible night sweats when I started going off my migraine meds. Didn’t even realize it was a side effect until weeks later so check your meds!

Are you on medication?
Nope
Anxiety? I go through this. Why do they say anxiety? Our dreams are anxious?
It could also be a thyroid issue! One of the symptoms is having a tough time regulating body temperature and diagnosing thyroid issues is tricky so make sure to ask for additional blood tests to rule it out.
