I’m a DM applying for a Senior HRBP position at my company. I’ve been in role for over 6 years and at the company for over 10. I’ve gotten a lot of encouragement in applying from senior leadership but I’m very anxious about interviewing for this role. Also struggling with imposter syndrome. I would love advice on handling a higher level interview well.

Looking for suggestions what the are the critical recruiting metrics Amazonians use or asked during the interview process? Are they anything different from reqs load, screening, interviews, offer hire, time to hire, DEI etc…looking for some great examples.

what do recruiters actually do? and why does it take them so long to respond?

Had on-site a month ago and recruiter has promised an update several times and not followed through. Anything I can do other than following up once a week? I think I’m the backup candidate but would be helpful to get more clarity

I am far along in the interview process for a job I want (meeting with Chief Legal Officer next week), but am still accepting other interviews until I have a formal offer. However, I have an interview scheduled for early this week where, after further research, I don’t think I would be very happy. I recently received an opportunity from Google for a position of TAM and asked to schedule interviews. I got to speak with them and discuss about the role and then the HR linked myself with recruiter. But after a week, they did not scheduled any interviews and neither of them responding to my emails. Is the hiring at Google going freeze due to upcoming recession? If anybody else faced similar issues, please let me know. Also advise what should I do ?

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
